Job Details
The primary focus of the Technical Support team is to provide support to those who are using our products. Equipment includes electrical and mechanical devices along with multiple vehicle gate operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering phone calls from Contact Center Queue from callers having questions and issues with our Products and Services
2. Taking Live Chats regarding our physical hardware, mechanical, and electrical products like vehicle gates to resolve issues.
3. Offering basic support for products and services to End Users, this would include basic programming of products, assisting with software questions.
4. Looking up accounts for Online services and answering questions related to these services including billing and payment options.
5. When needed, assist Consumers in using the Website Dealer Locator to find a local service provider.
6. Documenting issues that may arise from calls on recurring issues.
7. Complete specific task given related to customer support.
Job Requirements:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to handle difficult or upset Users.
3. Basic Computer Knowledge and skills.
4. Good Attendance Record.
