The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who is eager to provide excellent technical support and consulting services to our clients. This role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their technical needs, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment of our tech services. Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-notch technical support and consulting services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals.
3. Develop, implement, and manage solutions that address client needs and contribute to their success.
4. Ensure smooth deployment of our tech services, troubleshooting any issues that arise and minimizing disruption to client operations.
5. Stay updated on the latest developments in technical support, O365, and related fields, and use this knowledge to improve our services and client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve our tech services, contributing to our company's growth and success.
7. Provide training to clients on various aspects of our tech services, empowering them to use these services effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role in the Tech Services industry, with a focus on Deployment and O365.
3. Strong knowledge of O365, and other relevant technologies.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
6. Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
7. Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
8. Willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in the field and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
