Job Details

SUMMARY: As our Technician, you will support our engineering and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience or interest in electric motors, VFDs, motor drivers, or related electronic components. This role plays a key part in managing lab operations, conducting testing, and supporting product quality initiatives.

MUST HAVES:
  • RMA testing & evaluation/RMA process
  • Calibration Managment
  • IQC and OQC Inspection

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the testing lab, ensuring equipment and workspaces are well maintained.
  • Manage calibration schedules and ensure all test equipment remains within calibration compliance.
  • Perform electric motor dynamometer testing and record accurate performance data.
  • Conduct Inbound Quality Control (IQC) and Outbound Quality Control (OQC) inspections.
  • Support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) testing, evaluation, and documentation as part of the RMA process.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with electric motors, VFDs, drivers, or electronic components is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing lab records and test documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Houston, TX.
