Job Details

We’re looking for a Technology and Procurement Contracts Attorney to join a highly regarded Enterprise Procurement Practice Group. This role is all about negotiating and reviewing contracts—software licensing, supplier agreements, service contracts—you name it. You’ll work closely with clients, draft agreements, and tackle legal research to ensure airtight deal-making.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

Reviewing and negotiating software licenses, vendor contracts, and service agreements
Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law
Drafting and refining contracts and legal documents
Negotiating directly with opposing counsel (sometimes in contentious settings)
Advising clients on data privacy laws and risk assessment in procurement contracts
🔹 What You Bring to the Table:

J.D. and active license in Michigan
At least 3+ years of experience in contract review and negotiation
Deep knowledge of technology, procurement, and data privacy laws
Strong legal writing and analysis skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in high-stakes contract work
