We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Telecom Permit Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of telecom permits, including right of way permits, OSP network permit designs, change order estimates, and permit requirements. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of telecom permits, including right of way permits, OSP network permit designs, and change order estimates.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive permit strategies to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements, and ensure all permits are obtained in a timely manner.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal permit regulations, and ensure all projects are in compliance.
5. Liaise with government agencies and other relevant bodies to expedite permit approval processes.
6. Use CAD software to create and modify network designs as necessary.
7. Resolve any permit-related issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
8. Provide regular updates to senior management on permit status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Construction, with a focus on permit management.
2. Demonstrable expertise in managing right of way permits, OSP network permit designs, and change order estimates.
3. Proficiency in CAD software and network design.
4. Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal permit regulations.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government agencies and other stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve permit-related issues quickly and effectively.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
