What You Will Be Doing
Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
Participate in patient education and assess readiness to learn.
Evaluate patient care and communicate relevant information.
Implement care for patients with complex problems.
Develop goals for professional growth and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Assess and anticipate discharge needs of patients and families.
Engage in research and bring new ideas to the team.
Skills You Need
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS certification.
Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
One year of nursing experience.
Positive and professional interaction with all internal and external providers.
