Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on cardiothoracic surgical accounts, hospitals, and IDNs
- Provide case coverage and intraoperative support during open heart and minimally invasive cardiothoracic procedures
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons, perfusionists, surgical nurses, and hospital administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and training to educate clinical staff on proper use and application
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals, while supporting Arthrex’s clinical and educational mission
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Associate Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists, and Medical Education teams
- Maintain CRM documentation and provide reporting on sales activity, account performance, and market trends
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic, cardiovascular, or surgical device sales required
- Strong familiarity with open-heart procedures, cardiac surgical workflows, and the hospital OR environment
- Proven track record of quota achievement and territory development
- Bachelor's degree required; clinical/science background strongly preferred (e.g., Biology, Kinesiology, Nursing)
- Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally and be present for early morning surgical cases
