Job Details

Jobot is partnering with a growing building materials organization to staff a position as a Territory Sales Representative. The Territory Sales Representative will drive growth and support customer success across the Western Slope of Colorado. This outside sales role involves building relationships, offering tailored product solutions, and representing our high-quality flooring lines with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Develop and manage relationships with flooring professionals, retailers, and builders across your assigned territory.
  • Actively prospect for new accounts through site visits, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on support with installation techniques.
  • Maintain a consistent communication rhythm with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Ensure displays and marketing materials are up-to-date and effectively represent our brand.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership.
  • Stay current with product updates and industry trends through vendor training and events.
  • Participate in trade shows, company meetings, and other regional events as needed.
  • Support the overall success of the territory with flexibility and a team-first attitude.

If you have 3+ years of outside, Business To Business, sales experience, a Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or combined years of experience), proven track record of managing full cycle sales and exceeding performance targets, have excellent communication skills, knowledge or experience working in the building materials, flooring or construction industry, thrive in fast paced, people oriented roles where being collaborative and self motivated are key, than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
