Job Details

  • 3+ years proven record of successful direct sales experience
  • Manage regional territory – Texas, Louisiana
  • Agricultural industry experience
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote customer satisfaction and continued growth
  • This is a REMOTE position - ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary
  • Drive the business revenue on a short-term and long-term basis by targeting, identifying, meeting and profiling qualified clients to obtain orders
  • Maintain and increase the customer base by completing cold calls, engaging in discovery conversations & customer presentations
  • Travel of 60-70% within the region
