Job Details

We are seeking a Title Attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience to join our Charlotte office.

Requirements:
  • Complete title reviews as assigned
  • Review legal docs to ensure compliance with state laws
  • Address title curative matters and resolve issues
  • Prepare preliminary and final title opinion statements
  • Handle a high volume of transactions

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus.
  • 2+ years of experience with residential real estate title review.
  • Experience addressing curative title matters.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
