Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Keep production moving by maintaining, repairing, and setting up tooling, molds, jigs, and fixtures
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and precision adjustments to ensure zero downtime
  • Fabricate or modify tooling with mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC machines
  • Partner with engineers and production leaders to optimize performance and quality
  • Maintain documentation to meet industry standards and support audits
  • Drive a culture of safety first by following lockout/tagout and crane operation best practices
  • Support and train operators in the proper use and care of tooling

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years’ experience in tooling, die repair, or related manufacturing roles (automotive/plastics injection/blow molding experience preferred)
  • Hands on machining experience with mills, lathes, grinders, CNC equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair quickly
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Attention to detail and passion for producing high quality work
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational certifications a plus
