Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Asbestos Litigation team in either Pittsburgh or Weirton, WV. This position involves managing a variety of complex civil matters, with responsibilities including:
Handling cases from initial stages through resolution
Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery
Collaborating with subject matter experts
Participating in depositions, negotiations, and court proceedings
Maintaining organized case files and documentation
Working toward efficient and strategic case resolutions
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong litigation experience and familiarity with complex civil matters
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Licensure in Pennsylvania and West Virginia
At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
Handling cases from initial stages through resolution
