Job Details

  • Export & Import document creation and review/submittal and distribution of US export licenses when required.
  • Advise internal teams of appropriate incoterms for new transactions. Review and comply with incoterms for existing import and export transactions.
  • Export screening. Screen end-users, buyers, consignees, forwarders, etc. at the time of export. Audit and review End Use Certificates

Knowledge / Education and Qualifications:


  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Excel is a must.
  • Direct experience or education in international logistics or trade compliance is greatly preferred.
