Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conducting Buy-Side & Sell-Side Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses
- Performing historical accounting clean-up to support transactions
- Acting as a liaison between clients and due diligence providers/advisors throughout the transaction process
- Conducting general due diligence on potential acquisitions
- Developing financial models to support strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Transaction Services engagements, ensuring high-quality client deliverables
- Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and client presentations
- Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives
- Engage actively in firm culture and internal operations
- Mentor and train Associates, fostering professional growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Audit/Assurance in public accounting
- 1+ years of Transaction Advisory or M&A
- CPA preferred
