Job Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Health Care Law experience
- Experience with business transactions and health care operations, as well as associated regulatory issues and compliance.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding writing and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial drive, business development skills and/or interest preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work without much supervision
- Licensed with Washington, Oregon, or Alaska Bar in good standing
