Job Details
- Handle healthcare transactional matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and private equity deals
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and state licensure matters
- Structure and negotiate complex health care transactions for diverse industry clients
- Support clients with health industry contracting and corporate governance
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive client solutions
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of healthcare transactional experience, including M&A and private equity
- Demonstrated regulatory experience in areas like fraud and abuse, state licensure, and antitrust
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
- Proactive, independent problem-solver with a client-focused approach
- Bar membership in good standing
