Our firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney - Corporate to join our dynamic team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that handles a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, corporate finance, contract negotiation, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and transactional documents.
  • Advise clients on the legal aspects of business strategies, conduct risk assessment, and propose effective solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to identify potential legal risks.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal coverage for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations, providing clear and concise legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina
  • Proven experience in handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, corporate finance, or similar
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
