Our firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney - Corporate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate and transactional documents.
- Advise clients on the legal aspects of business strategies, conduct risk assessment, and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to identify potential legal risks.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal coverage for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations, providing clear and concise legal advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina
- Proven experience in handling complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, corporate finance, or similar
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for details.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
