Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and construction.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of complex real estate agreements and contracts.
3. Advising clients on a wide array of real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
4. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to real estate transactions.
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and expanding our firm's client base.
6. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, contributing to the overall success of our real estate practice.
7. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in real estate, applying this knowledge to client matters and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Arizona Bar.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Transactional Attorney, with a focus on real estate matters.
4. Proven book of business and a substantial portable client base.
5. Extensive experience in real estate leasing, property development, and mergers and acquisitions.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
