This position includes a hybrid work schedule, reasonable billable requirement, lucrative multifaceted bonus structure, comprehensive employer-paid benefits, and a 401k profit sharing program.

Core responsibilities will encompass representing government entities in complex negotiations with developers and property owners, structuring and negotiating real property acquisitions and dispositions, conducting title examinations, drafting and editing government contracts, and providing counsel on business and regulatory matters.

- 2+ years of recent transactional experience in a law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university
- Proven track record of case management from inception to close
- Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills
- Stable employment history
- Government law experience preferred but not required
