About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys who represent a wide range of clients—from individuals to large corporations—across diverse industries. We handle cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration forums including AAA, JAMS, and FINRA.

We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Business Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys who represent a wide range of clients—from individuals to large corporations—across diverse industries. We handle cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration forums including AAA, JAMS, and FINRA.
Key Practice Areas Include:
- Energy / Oil & Gas Disputes
- Real Estate & Landlord/Tenant Litigation
- Securities and FINRA Arbitrations
- Business Partner Disputes
- Intellectual Property Infringement and Enforcement
- Breach of Contract and Commercial Disputes
- Business Torts, including Fraud and Misrepresentation
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with clients to understand business priorities and develop case strategies accordingly
- Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, and conduct legal research
- Identify cost-effective and creative litigation approaches, including alternative fee arrangements
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding case developments and resolution strategies
- Assist in appeals and post-judgment proceedings when necessary
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in [Insert Jurisdiction(s)]
- 2+ years of business/commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling cases before federal/state courts and arbitration panels
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
- A client-first mindset and a practical approach to dispute resolution
