A bit about us:

We are a law firm that provides businesses and individuals with a broad spectrum of legal services! We are seeking a Transactional Attorney to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to generate their own book of business/portables (50-100k +), and who has some experience with Litigation as well. Starting out, you will work on a few different areas so having a broad background is a plus.

Job Details

Requirements:

  • MUST have portables. They are okay with any book of business that is above $50,000k. (They need someone who has a proven ability to bring in new business!)
  • MUST have corporate experience with corporate formation, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.
  • MUST have experience with Transactional
  • MUST have experience with business law, real estate, or estate planning
  • MUST have previous experience with Civil Litigation and be open to doing some Litigation cases
  • MUST be licensed to practice law in Boston, MA
  • M&A work is preferred, but not required.
