Job Details
As a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone that has:
- Degree from accredited law school
- Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice
- 2+ years of experience as an attorney with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or Corporate Transactions
