Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance on a range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and settlements.
3. Negotiate and draft lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
4. Conduct legal research and provide detailed reports on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in real estate law.

Job Details

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional matters.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Extensive experience in managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and settlements.
5. Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex transactions.
7. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
