We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate Practice Group. This position offers a hands-on role supporting multiple attorneys with complex and interesting legal work, with a primary focus on leasing transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of real estate transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on leasing.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Negotiate, draft, and review leasing agreements for both landlords and tenants.
- Advise clients on a variety of real estate transactional matters.
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex projects.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain excellent client communication and provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
Qualifications
