Requirement:
- Licensed to practice law in NY
- 4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience
- Experience representing buyers/sellers, lenders/borrowers, landlords/tenants, developers/building owners, condo and co-op boards, and/or joint venturers
- Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
