Our client, a highly regarded New York City law firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their transactional real estate practice. This is a hybrid position and offers the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys on complex residential and commercial real estate matters.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of transactional experience and a track record of handling residential closings and other sophisticated real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of transactional experience and a track record of handling residential closings and other sophisticated real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including purchase contracts, deeds, and closing statements
- Conduct residential real estate closings for condominiums, cooperatives, and single-family properties
- Perform title searches and analyze title reports for potential issues
- Prepare and file ACRIS forms, including transfer tax returns and related documents
- Organize and maintain closing binders
- Coordinate post-closing document requirements
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and other parties throughout transaction process
- Manage multiple residential transactions from contract to closing
