The primary focus of this role will be to implement AI technology into our routing processes to allow the coordinators to produce more routes and to help support the team and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day Routing team performance.
• Develop and maintain efficient transportation routes to minimize costs, reduce delivery times, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and maintain efficient routes for customer satisfaction.
• Utilize routing software and data analysis to continually optimize and improve routing strategies.
• Use AI solutions to improve the accuracy of GPS tracking and delivery systems.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Routing Team. Provide coaching and support skill development within the team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with the latest AI technologies and software systems, and explore opportunities for their application in our logistics operations.
• Implement and leverage technology solutions, routing software, GPS systems, and data analytics tools to enhance routing efficiency.
• Implement and integrate AI technologies into our logistics operations to improve efficiency
