Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of industrial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to determine project needs and ensure successful delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases
  • Manage project budgets, estimate costs, and allocate resources effectively
  • Implement and enforce safety, health, and quality standards on job sites
  • Lead and inspire construction teams, providing guidance and constructive feedback
  • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
  • Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
