- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
- Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor and control project costs, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on retail, commercial, and multifamily projects
- Ideal candidate with bring luxury retail experience to the table, specifically for clients such as Gucci, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Apple Flagship Stores, ect...
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites in the Detroit metropolitan area
