Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for travel and a knack for managing multi-family construction projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Traveling Multi Family Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of multi-family, dorm, student housing, and apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on multi-family projects. This is a traveling position, so a love for exploration and adaptability to new environments is a must.

Responsibilities:

As a Traveling Multi Family Superintendent, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly.
4. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Traveling to various construction sites as needed, adapting to new environments and managing projects in diverse locations.
6. Liaising with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
7. Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on multi-family, dorm, student housing, and apartment projects.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and managing teams.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to travel frequently to various construction sites.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
