- Travel Requirements: CA, NV, AZ, FL, TX. Candidates can expect to travel for 2-3 days, every 2-3 weeks to these areas.
- Portfolio Details: Existing Multi-family portfolio. No ground ups, no single family.

- 5+ years of construction management, real estate development, or related experience, with hands-on trade experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the construction process and industry-standard construction means and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Project
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
