Traveling Project Manager

Located in St Louis, MO, we are a growing construction company who is looking for a Traveling Project Manager for construction projects throughout the midwest. The Project Manager will lead Field Staff in construction of the entire project, providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality and timeliness.

• Assist in developing project chart of accounts, site logistics plan and bidding projects
• Oversee the pay request process, job cost report and total cost projection reports
• Train and monitor progress of all project labor and staff
• Review and approve material, forming system and equipment needs
• Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes

Full time direct hire position

• Competitive base salary $100,000-$200,000, plus annual bonus

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
• 7+ years experience with light industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage or related experience required
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Experienced in dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities
• Experience working on $50 million+ size projects preferred
