Job Details
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. You’ll coordinate field operations, oversee subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients while keeping safety and productivity at the forefront.

- Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors across multiple states.
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Maintain strict safety compliance and promote a culture of zero incidents.
- Oversee daily reporting, scheduling, and coordination with project managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and inspectors on-site.
- Troubleshoot challenges proactively to keep projects moving efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up preferred).
- Proven track record managing projects $10M+.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel full-time for extended project durations.
- Proficient in project scheduling, safety management, and reporting tools.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
