You will be overseeing various construction projects, and ensuring their successful completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing small-mid sized projects and open to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring all work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process, making necessary adjustments to plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, detailing the status of each project.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent.
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work.
- A valid driver's license.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
