A bit about us:
The Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from start to finish. The initial project with be a large Sr. Living facility in Rockford, IL and then you will be placed on either a project in Indiana or Tennessee. My client specializes in the construction of wood-frame projects within the multifamily, senior living and healthcare sectors. This position requires providing leadership to the project teams in order to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction and quality of the project. My client is looking for someone with Senior Living and wood framing experience who is able to put together look ahead schedules and use Procore.

Job Details
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent. Senior Living facility experience is a MUST.
- Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by project locations.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
