Job Details

Essential Functions
  • Lead and guide cash applications and treasury teams, ensuring accurate cash flow and loan forecasts, bank reconciliations, and timely reporting.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using corporate financial systems.
  • Develop and update operating procedures for treasury and cash functions.
  • Create and present cash analytics to key stakeholders.
  • Manage loan facilities (SOFR), renewals, Borrowing Base Certificates (BBC), and bank relationships.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and support management in trend analysis.
  • Supervise team performance, hiring, training, and motivation to ensure departmental success.
  • Assist with bank and external audits, reviewing loan covenants and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and manage periodic bank reports, loan liens, and lender requirements.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in reporting, analytics, banking, and loan administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SOFR, cash flow, and loan forecasting.
  • At least 7 years in treasury and asset-based or cash-flow lending.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Adherence to company policies, compliance, and safety protocols.
