Senior Trial Attorney — Los Angeles (Onsite)
Location: Century City Office | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Onsite
Are you a courtroom leader with a passion for advocacy and a track record of winning complex jury trials? Join our dynamic litigation team as a Senior Trial Attorney, where your expertise will drive high-stakes outcomes and shape strategic trial approaches in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Lead the Charge: Serve as first-chair trial counsel, supported by skilled second-chair associates.
Own the Strategy: Collaborate with firm leadership and appellate counsel to craft and execute winning trial strategies.
Command the Courtroom: Deliver compelling arguments, conduct examinations, and prepare witnesses for impactful testimony.
Drive Preparation: Draft trial materials including motions, jury instructions, briefs, verdict forms, and exhibit/witness lists.
Engage in Discovery: Conduct depositions of PMQs, senior executives, and expert witnesses.
Stay Ahead: Participate in firm-led trainings and apply evolving strategies under consumer protection statutes, including the Song-Beverly Act.
Manage & Report: Oversee case timelines, billable hours, and team coordination throughout the trial lifecycle.
✅ What You Bring
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, including multiple first-chair jury trials
Exceptional courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
Mastery of trial preparation and strategic case development
Comfort working in a tech-forward, paperless environment
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus (but not required)
Willingness to travel across California for trials, depositions, and court appearances
