Job Details
We’re seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join our Los Angeles office. This is a full-time opportunity for a California-barred attorney with strong courtroom experience and a passion for litigation.
In this role, you’ll handle or supervise all phases of litigation, including drafting motions, taking depositions, appearing in court, and conducting trials. You’ll work closely with seasoned attorneys on high-stakes matters spanning professional liability, legal ethics, business disputes, insurance coverage, and entertainment-related litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft motions, prepare legal documents, and manage discovery
Handle court appearances, depositions, and trials
Supervise and manage multiple active cases
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy
Contribute to business development, training, and continued learning
Qualifications:
Admission to the California State Bar
4+ years of litigation experience preferred
Strong trial experience (first or second chair)
Proficient in law and motion practice, court appearances, and depositions
Excellent writing, communication, and case management skills
Experience handling complex litigation and working with expert witnesses is a plus
