Trust and Estate Attorney

Our esteemed law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation and will be well-versed in real estate and estate planning. 1. Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trials.
2. Representing clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiations, and litigation.
3. Providing estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
5. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
6. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
7. Regularly communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
8. Maintaining client relationships and working to provide the best possible legal solutions for them.

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Utah State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
4. Proven experience in real estate law and estate planning.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
