We are looking for someone with experience working directly with high net worth clients on estate preservation and planning strategies, including preparing Last Wills & Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, POA’s and ancillary documents. • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• 4+ years of experience in Trust and Estates law
• Strong knowledge of Trust and Treaty law
• Experience in drafting wills and powers of attorney
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
