Job Details
As a Trust & Estate Paralegal you will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team in the delivery of high-quality trust and estate planning services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals while contributing to the success of our clients in their personal and financial endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Assist in maintaining and building client relationships by providing outstanding client service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as wills, trusts, and estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Research: Conduct legal research on trust and estate matters, staying current with changes in laws and regulations to provide up-to-date guidance.
Administrative Support: Manage the organization and maintenance of client files, calendars, and appointments, facilitating smooth and efficient workflow.
Billing and Financial Support: Assist with billing and financial matters, tracking billable hours, and ensuring accurate invoicing for clients.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and third parties, facilitating clear and timely communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Trust & Estate Paralegal or similar role.
Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning processes, legal documentation, and regulations.
Proficiency in legal research, document management, and billing systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to client service and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
