Job Details
Requirements:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, with a strong focus on advising high net worth individuals and families.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; experience drafting complex wills, trusts, and related documents.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills; ability to manage client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sophisticated matters independently or as part of a team.
