Job Details

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate planning, including drafting complex estate plans and advising on tax strategies.
  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus.
  • Licensure: Active membership in the State Bar of California.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
Ability to manage client relationships with discretion and empathy.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex family dynamics.
  • Team Fit: A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are essential.
