Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs and objectives.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings.
• Provide legal advice on tax implications of estate planning and trust administration.
