The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in the areas of trust and estate law. The Trusts & Estates Attorney will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, providing expert legal counsel that upholds our firm's reputation for excellence.

1. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on complex trust and estate matters.
2. Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate plans.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential tax implications and other financial considerations.
4. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
5. Guide clients through the probate process, including the administration of estates and trusts.
6. Represent clients in court proceedings, as necessary.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to trusts and estates.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their interests are protected.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
3. Proven experience in estate administration.
4. Admission to the state bar.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
7. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
8. A high level of professionalism and a commitment to ethical practice.
9. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
