We are currently seeking a senior associate or counsel to join our Secured Transactions practice. The role will focus on reviewing collateral documents and intercreditor agreements, and candidates should have prior experience in secured lending. Training will be provided to help the selected candidate gain specialized expertise in this area.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in secured lending, particularly in reviewing collateral documents and intercreditor agreements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A solid academic background
Admission to the New York State Bar
