Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, perform physical exams, and review medical histories
• Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, kidney stones, incontinence, and prostate issues
• Assist in minor urological procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging, and urodynamic studies
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP): MSN or DNP from an accredited program, with board certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
• Physician Assistant (PA): Graduation from an accredited PA program with NCCPA certification
• Active and unrestricted Arizona state license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in urology, surgery, or internal medicine preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
