Job Details
- Develop and execute specifications, operating procedures, and CQV documentation for the validation lifecycle of manufacturing, facility/utilities equipment, with a focus on tanks/vessels, clean-in-place (CIP) systems, and water system validation
- Write, review, and execute CQV validation protocols and technical reports for IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment such as storage vessels, compounding vessels, filling lines (including labelers, fillers, cappers, heat tunnels, cartoners, and pumps), and water systems (e.g. RODI, HVAC, CIP)
- Utilize applied risk assessment tools and contribute to change controls and investigations related to equipment and processes
- Work independently and in a team environment to meet defined objectives and timelines, with a focus on maintaining equipment in a validated state
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, P&IDs, and mechanical and electrical drawings to ensure proper validation activities, with a specific emphasis on tank/vessel, CIP, and water system validation.
