Job Details

  • Lead operational and contract performance for a modular products value stream from start to finish
  • Serve as the main customer contact on active programs, setting expectations on capacity, schedules, and terms
  • Set operations strategy across multiple value streams or plants and report on status, risks, and financials
  • Drive Lean, DfMA, and digital manufacturing initiatives alongside the operations leader
  • Champion a lean culture, process standardization, and leadership development

Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years leading teams
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and DfMA
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specs, plus advanced estimating skills
  • Comfortable leading client meetings, audits, and tours, with up to 40% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management, or equivalent experience
