We are seeking experienced, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our team for various roles in the Telecommunication Construction sector. We have openings for Fiber & Coax Splicers, Underground Equipment Operators, Underground Locators, and General Laborers. Responsibilities:

• Fiber & Coax Splicers will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fiber optic and coaxial cables. This includes splicing, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Underground Equipment Operators will operate horizontal drilling and propelled plow equipment, ensuring precise and efficient operations. They will also maintain equipment and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Underground Locators will identify and mark the location of underground utilities, ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction projects. They will also maintain records and provide reports on their findings.
• General Laborers will perform various tasks related to the construction and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure, including digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with equipment operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Telecommunication Construction sector or related industry.
• Proven experience in roles such as Fiber Splicer, Coax Splicer, Underground Equipment Operator, Underground Locator, or General Laborer.
• Proficiency in operating horizontal drilling and propelled plow equipment.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is preferred.
• Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards and safety protocols in the construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced certifications or training in telecommunications or construction are a plus.
